Whistleblowing Reporting
The Whistleblowing Reporting platform provides a secure and confidential way for IAB employees, lecturers, students, and external individuals to report concerns or misconduct related to the ethical standards and principles that guide our community.
This platform is designed to identify and address unethical or inappropriate behaviour. We encourage anyone who interacts with the IAB to use it to submit concerns, complaints, or suggestions.
What Can Be Reported?
A complaint may be filed for:
- Any violation of laws, company policies, or procedures.
- Any illegal act committed by any means that affects our key stakeholders, including students, teachers, staff, shareholders, business partners, and suppliers—this includes any attempt to conceal such acts.
- Any behaviour that goes against the Institute’s ethical standards, such as misconduct, dishonesty, or conflicts of interest involving company employees.
- Any other situation that, while not explicitly covered in the above categories, violates the Institute’s Code of Ethics.
Â
Any observed behaviour that breaches the law, the Code of Ethics, or IAB’s policies and protocols may be reported through the Whistleblowing Reporting Platform.
